i'd like the fleet owner author to document a wheel assembly loss that is able to be traced back to lug nuts that have anti seize applied. your more likely to see a documented case of a a wheel and hub that come off due to dry bearings or a hub with a bad seal that allowed water in and contaminated the oil. in the ny market, there is a practice on municipal vehicles and buses to install lug nuts and then plastic pointers that will indicated a nut that has moved since installed. the guy that makes the indicators was able to break into the market by selling one fleet and then telling the next guy they were legally naked in the event of a wheel failure
