Also is there something floating around in your tank that might be partially blocking the pick up. I assume you cleaned the tank when you put in the diesel. Also check your fuel filter it may have water or debris in it. You may have gelling fuel if you have not filled your tank with winter fuel. You may try an additive in your fuel. Others would be better to ask about additives as I have not used any in my diesel as we have a pretty mild climate.
