I'm using an outdoor wood boiler to heat the house(36'x50' 2 story with full basement), attatched 36'x50' garage with radiant floor heat and my domestic hot water. IT'S A central Boiler 5648 stainless version. Put it in 2002 and no problems. I average just shy of 13 cord a year. This is a non catalytic stove so not as effecient as the new ones. Most are claiming 50% less wood usage with them but I'll run this one till it dies. I put mine in a building so wood an I stay dry.
