6"x6" Mesh is most commonly used. A lot of plumbers may think the mesh is just on the bottom but the concrete placers lift the mesh as they place it to try to get it roughly in the middle of the slab. My opinion...find stand offs & space it yourself. It's just an obviously better method & doesnt cost much...especially if you're doing it yourself.
