What could I assemble incorrectly? There's not much to assemble wrong with that, except to put the spring on upside down, which wouldn't change its length. It's not one of those where you can hook the actuating rod in different places. Plus, I just took it apart, cleaned it and put it back together exactly the way it came apart. It's a very simple carb. I can drive it with no pump, of course, but I'd rather have it not stall when I stomp on the gas.
