Very nice looking truck. The lever on the left side of the dash is indeed for the plow control. Pushing the lever in closes the valve and hits the button to run the lift motor. Pulling the lever out slightly stops the motor and holds the blade up. Pulling the lever all the way out opens the valve and lowers the blade.
