And it sounds like vaginal dryness is one of the main ones. If you don't have that it's probably not Sojen's.
Seriously, I hope you find out what the real problem is soon. So many weird symptoms for so long and so many "could be something bad" things ruled out. Even if there isn't a cure, it would be nice to know for sure what it is, and maybe get off of some of the drugs that you don't need.
I subscribe to a website for doctors that features a "diagnose this case" column once a week or so. They describe the symptoms of some real patient and their lab test results, x-rays, what's been tried and didn't work etc. Then a bunch of real doctors weigh in on what they think it is. What really surprised me is how a dozen different doctors can all very confidently say what the issue is -- and their answers are all different. It's usually not even like there's an obvious majority that agree. Pick any one of those doctors and odds are about 10:1 you'd be treated for the wrong disease.
