What I learned last year is we pay the Doctor's to "practice" medicine. I asked a friend who is a Doctor what would he say if he paid somebody to fix his car and he got it back not working with a huge bill. The mechanic said " Shucks, I have no clue what is wrong, but I'm practicing with this new diagnostic tool..."
Or you get home from work to inspect the work the painters did on your house. It's horrible. You get billed anyway with the excurse "the new guys were practicing..."
Hope you get well! In the mean time I'll continue practicing TIG welding this 18 gauge stainless for free.
