I know what you mean. I hate being down like this. Places to go, people to see, things to do. Unfortunately time is ever getting shorter for us at this age.
I don't care to go to Doc's either but just one of the things it seems you have to do as we age. I can feel slight improvement in the knee a small bit each day. Those that have already done this say it takes more time than you think but I am getting more than impatient.
Take care and hoping things work out the best they can for you. How did we get this old this fast????
