Best fix was a rubber seal that has the splines cut in to it. This fits under the washer and nut. Finding them can drive you nuts but they are out there. Pat's drive line might be able to help....that is a big might. When I changed the yoke on my Dana 60 the Spicer 1410 yoke came with a new nut, washer and the splined seal.
Loctite makes a sealer that is killer but expensive as all get out. I use it on hydraulic fitting and have found it works when nothing else will. I think it is 454 but am not sure. It has never failed to stop a leak when I prepped the part and follow the directions.
I tried the copper silicone on a clean yoke in an effort to stop the leak, coated the splines on the yoke and the output shaft - it did not seem to make a difference and leaked about as much as no silicone.
I keep tripping over that Dodge of yours that is for sale.
Are the front knuckles open or closed?
