I watched an Amish team in action at a saw mill once. Mill was too busy to unload him, so he did it all himself. Chain a log, the team pulled forward, the log dropped, roll it out of the way, repeat.
After the wagon was unloaded, he unhitched the team and used them to buck the logs into a neater pile. Didn't take them long, either.
