Detroit did mine, had no problems with them or their products so far.
I had them do a 2" lift on the front but did not add any extra leaves in the hope that it would soften the ride a bit. It talked to them about it and they said they could play with the spring pack to help compensate without extra leaves.
The truck sits flat, can't say the ride is any better as I don't have a stock truck and it's still a big heavy truck, but I did at some point get enough axle movement to have it still hit the oil pan (not sure how). Not real bad, but I still want to pull the pan and modify the notch to better clear the axle at compression.
