If you have a nice, large plate of steel, you can tape finer sandpaper to it and run the manifold across a few times. Run a magic marker around the edge and it'll show you the warp if any. I've resurfaced stuff this way. If it really bad a brand new 9 inch angle grinder wheel will get it close if your careful. Poor boys method! ;)
