That is quite the Ram! Must be a low pressure pump that works it from the size. Looks factory on the Mechanical part. If I was to re/do the bed to a flat bed I would pull the box off and sell it to pay for all the new steel to make a clean looking flat bed with. If not just sand blast it clean, paint it up and leave it if your not going to rebuild the whole truck. Your decision on this one it will be a project that could be fun to do!!
