Thats what I was figuring, is there an obvious reason the fluid may be getting stopped? I don't know the internal circuit of the fluid through the booster, it looks like it pushes on a diaphragm. I assume the diaphragm routes the vacuum to the back of the plenum to actuate the main piston. How does the fluid get from the primary circuit to the piston of the booster?
