Luckily for me, most of my neighbors are long termers so the land isn't "fertile" enough yet to grow houses. I feel for you as I know what it means. Probably have to start locking stuff up and install cameras.

I've been down some this year. Fractured 5 vertabrae and going in the first part of January to get one shoulder fixed(previous issue) I'll do the other later on in the year hopefully. MRI showed calcium buildups everywhere and a splitting tendon with fluid build up. Never heard of that one. Sucks getting old(er).
