Glad to hear you are okay. I have some friends who visited New Zealand a few years ago. They were in the coastal towns of course, but they said it was a beautiful place. I always hate to hear of anyone, even ones I don't know, who are dealing with such destruction and loss. And it seems to be more and more frequent...or that we learn about it more graphically. Nevertheless it doesn't make it any easier for those who are directly affected.
