You ought to know by now that I make my own EVERYTHING.
I made it with the maximum 'twist', raising the rear end as high as possible. Which also meant hole sawing the pitman hole in the frame a bit lower. Plus pushing the box outward as far as possible to be sure I can get a puller behind the pitman arm, so I can pull the box if need be.
I spend my time being creative. My green 5-window has never been polished out or waxed. No creativity in doing that, compared to cutting up the restored truck to make it a 5-window. My plan is to sell it asap, before it rusts away.
Meantime, Ive recovered from the knee replacement, and the avulsion fracture in the right thumb. Also had shingles- in the left thumb. That all got better, got more active, and the neck discs acted up. Awaiting an MRI, and neurosurgeon appointments. Then the left cataract. Seems I'll never get back to the blue truck.
