After multiple measurements and emails, there does not appear to be a good solution for the manual steering box hitting the side of the firewall opening. However, the Saginaw p/s box arrived today, and after a quick mock-up on an aftermarket bracket, it appears that the offset is EXACTLY where I want it, at 3-1/2". So power steering is going in now!
