Centrifugal tension gets changed differently on different brands.


Most bed the spring clip part, others use an eccentric pin that you twist to change spring load. Either way, you would need to get inside the dist to swap parts. The big block uses a longer shaft.

Meantime, you might try bumping the initial timing to +10 degrees. If it rattles/pings/detonates, bump it back.
