The data plate information is not as complete as would be found on a newer, made for the USA market motor. With that in mind... the amp rating "suggests" that it is a dual voltage machine. On a typical dual voltage ac motor the two amp ratings indicates the amperage at low voltage and high voltage. The lower amperage (5.0) would be at 440 volts, the higher amperage (10.0) would be at 220 volts. This data plate appears to be for the complete machine. I would try to get a look at the data plates for the individual motors to see if it is a dual voltage machine.
