I cut 2x6 boards with the matching arch and pressed them into the roof channels. You will have to gain about 1 5/16"for the masonite to sit on. The masonite, or paperboard is 1/8" thick and will conform to the compound curves. I misted it with a light spray of water and pop riveted it where the rivets wouldn't show underneath at the ribs and under the headliner. The next day it was laying nice and flat. I cut the masonite with a router for a nice edge.
