Glad it's not all bad news! - silver lining and all that.
I don't think a frame off is possible with the low-budget human unibody design. Aftermarket parts support is pitiful. Titanium replacement spine would be my first choice. And maybe an extended reinforced lower-forward hydraulic outrigger assembly upgrade, if the price was right.
