My take - it sounds straightforward to me, kind of. Better deal if it had been garaged - but I do remember that my grandpa who was from Idaho thought shops and garages were for wimps. He also thought 4x4s were for lazy people who didn't know how to put on tire chains - his WC had an empty pumpkin up front and he never bothered to fix it.. :)
