Metric "floating power" motor mounts

I'm curious if anyone knows why the screws on these front motor mounts are metric. The originals surely weren't. It makes me think some overseas country is still producing them for their own market. This seller doesn't say where they're from, but a lot of motor mounts seem to come from India. Are there a lot of old Mopars sill in use in India? No big deal, but it just makes me curious.
