Cancel that I previous said and put edge without pigtail on the outside and push the pigtail into canal from the inside. Also use a hammer now and then to tamp the rubber down into canal. This has worked better cause it draws the canvas up as you go. Sorry, work in progress. Also 18 oz canvas does work better than 21 oz.
