i was trying to figure out which sae bell it is by the hole count and the bell diameter is the sae no. stamped somewhere? and determine if it would bolt to dan s

i don t have the pressure plate--it went with the 6bt when i sold it so i just have the lhead pressure plate

plus not sure as i could get the pilot shaft to work in the lhead crank cuz the pilot shaft is 15/16s and as i understand it the lhead pilot bushing is 1 in. od so not much rooom for a bushing but the input shaft could be machined smaller ??-- or the crank bushing hole drilled out larger??

be cool if the flathead pressure plate would work on the 13 in. clutch but i doubt it but yes i assume i could find a smaller clutch with the 540 spline that would work with the lhead

then we have the issue of the ears not being in the right place according to you

and have no idea if the input shaft is the right length to get to the crank after bolting up my half to dan s half
