If the starter hole in Dan's flywheel is made to fit a Dodge ring gear with an OD of 14 7/8", it might be difficult to get a 13" clutch to fit that flywheel.
Perhaps you could use a smaller clutch?
Are the 24 holes you are counting actually two sets of 12 holes? Some clutches have dual bolt patters so they will fit multiple flywheels. For instance, 12 bolts may be at 14.125" pattern while the other 12 are at 14.625"
