Thanks to all who posted their thoughts. I had time from body work to dig deeper on my water dilemma. Drained the oil, found "baby poop" in the filter reservoir, tossed filter. Filled crankcase with diesel, pulled coil wire and turned over motor in short bursts totaling 5 minutes. Drained diesel, and while draining, used a piece of baling wire folded to make a "stick" and loosened sludge on bottom of pan until no clumps came out. Re filled with 30 wt and marvel mystery oil combo, turned over again, and flushed pan again. Re filled with new 30 weight. Back flushed radiator and re filled with Dexcool and water at 50-50 mix.
Ran compression test and result was 95 pounds. Re attached coil lead and started up. Oil pressure read 40 pounds idle, 60 pounds at medium to high rev once warmed up to operating temp. Pleased that gauges work except fuel tank!
I let it sit for 24 hours, and no rise in oil level, or drop in coolant. Hard to believe that it was from condensation, since it was about a 1/2 quart of water in bottom from my guess, but I think I am good to go!
