Run it for 1/2 an hour and see what you get. Better to run and drive it under various conditions and loads. I have seen a lot of engines with clear water on the bottom and oil on top. To get that separation the engine usually has to sit for awhile.
Condensation, mechanical leak, structure leak or huh what was that about? are what you get to figure out and share with the rest of us.
