Only cover was hood. No trace of antifreeze in either radiator or pan. From oil/water separation, the only thing I could think of was a bad head gasket leaking water into the cylinders after I shut her down, but no drop in radiator level since. Had clear weather from that time until I checked oil level. Have noticed a slight oil sheen in radiator.
Therein lies the mystery...
