According to the organization that restored these machines, and the owners of the Flickr account, they used Panzergrau to paint the WC63 and WC56, along with several of the cannon guns. The semi-gloss appearance was not originally intended. I think the color is nice. I am having an autoshop actually go with a little more blue tint based on some of the links you guys provided below. Many thanks on all the help!
