I have never experienced this issue with any of my 5 Cummins conversions. I believe you have some type of a fuel issue. I will thunk about it today. DJ may be onto the problem, a tiny pin hole in the pickup tube that when the truck is at a extreme angle allows a tad of air to be drawn in ?
