VPW has wheel cylinders @ $28.00/ea. and yes, they are side-specific. The larger bore faces the rear shoe, giving it a little more push. The front shoe has the wheel rotation working to it's advantage, trying to pull the shoe into the drum...or as Clint Dixon likes to say, like a wagon tounge dropping and digging into the ground!
