No!!!!!!! The Drain cock is blocked with sludge. Take a 9/16th wrench and remove the drain cock to clean out the sludge. Then the rest of the coolant will drain. Take your water hose and flush out the block using the heater hose outlet in the right rear of the cylinder head to flush it out.You may need to take a small screw driver to clean the hole out.
