Cooling system question

How much antifreeze remains in the block after the radiator is drained on a 1951 civilian Power Wagon (230 ci)? After I drained the radiator, I opened the drain plug on the drivers side of the block near the oil fill tube and nothing came out. Does draining the radiator remove all of the coolant on this engine?
