Norn is right about permits, but you may be able to build with a permit and your own design there as you can in this area in AZ.

we are in the process of putting up a 40x75
for the wife's plant and pottery bus. and feed store coming soon attached 36x75.
come on over Norm I'm doing it by hand and
the 14inch beams are heavy.
