I wouldnt pay more than 200.00 and more like 100.00 dollars. I have seen rebuilt units for as low as 850. You can go to Barstow Truck Parts. They have Govt Surplus 265 Industrial Engines for 1250. I know vintage was selling similar engines for 2000.00 or more. Barstow website is www.bpt1.com.
