1967 wm300

down the street from my house is a '67 wm300 for sale for $4200. i need to know if this truck is worth the money. is it worth $3500? the bed is salvagable, but would be better if i could find another or a repro. the cab is solid, with only one small rust hole on the back of the passenger side. the original engine runs great and the brakes were redone recently. also, the drivers door has some minor rust through. though the cab, frame, engine and running gear is great, it will take some work to make roadable. however, i'm hesitant to buy it because of the bed. are beds reproduced? how much are they and where could i find one? thanks for the information.
