The outer wheels should be the only ones that are duel set rims. If you were to reverse the outer to the inner it will not go over the brake backing plate. (Unless you have disk brakes on rear) So your inner rims should be the stock wheels and are setting correct to start with. Track the same line as the front. I also assume you are using the correct Budd dual lug nuts in which case just leave off the outer nuts or replace the inner ones with the small hole nuts as are used on the front.
