Question for you PW experts

I have a 1969 D300 crewcab....it's a 159" wheelbase & has a flatdeck. I want to install a 9'utiline box. It's 54" from the back of the cab to the center of the rear axel....will this box fit without any frame bugery? I'm looking at another Power Wagon that I believe had a 9' utiline & it seems to me that according to my primative calculations, my frame would need to be 6" longer between the cab & rear wheels? Maybe it had a sweptline box? HELP!
