Could very well be one (or more) injectors, BUT a Dodge dealer's shop has to be able to replace injectors, which are not that expensive (might not be a bad idea to check and maybe replace all of them if the truck is high-mileage).

Sounds like they don't want to get involved in your truck for some reason...
