Speedi Sleeve question

Hi All,
The main pulley on the Girl Scout Built 315 Poly has a distinct groove worn into it, a perfect candidate for a speedi-sleeve.
The shaft measures 2.175. The sleeves are either smaller or larger than that, the one belows range being 2.162 to 2.168 and the next size jumps to 2.186 to 2.192.
I checkes SKF, CR and Timken, and they all have the same sizes. The metric ones hit the same, just above and below this size.
What to do? Turn the shaft size down a smidge to fit the smaller size?
