Good job Mark. Not such an issue with a PTO winch, but some (a lot) years ago there was a spate of winch issues in North Queensland. Someone was obviously upset by the rising numbers of 4x4's going to the tip of Cape York. They would find a parked 4x4 with electric winch and no-one about, pull the winch cable over the roof and hook it to the drawbar, take a piece of heavy wire and bridge the winch contacts. I heard of at least half a dozen vehicles badly damaged.
