I got the whole kit- new plates- new friction discs, side gears and pinion gears for around 200 bucks about 6 years back and that was all Spicer stuff. Granted I got a deal, but you should be able to find something similiar.You can then set up the rear for how much torque it will take to break loose. I think this is one of the better designs of anti spin. Should be a Powerlok if memory serves. I got a dana 60 version in the front of my trash truck and I love it, when side hilling in the snow I just unlock one hub.
