My rad support has welded nuts on the inner side same as the top cover to bolt the sheet metal on. Also someone neatly trimmed the inner side of the top cover I can reach in and unbolt it. I cut the welting at the mounting area drilled a hole and put a extra rivet in. Now it is easy to remove the top cover for access or changing the front nameplate
