Do yourself a favor and stick with a 1-1/4" bore regardless of what master you go with. There a guys who can bore and resleeve your existing master with a brass sleeve so that it won't pit anymore.

DO NOT try to operate a 2 circuit master as a single circuit. The chambers will not backfill at the same rate. One will slowly empty as the other slowly overfills and you will suck air into your brakes. Then you will die, which sucks, or you will kill somebody else, which really sucks. My old fire district tried this on their old W300 brush truck. It worked great, until it didn't.

If you want to use your single circuit hydroboost, spend the money and run it with single circuit master. If you don't want to use the hydrovac, spend the money and get a 1-1/4" dual circuit master and run it without boost until you get a second hydrovac. Then boost both circuits at the same time.

Last thought - DON'T BE A DUMB ASS WITH YOUR BRAKES (intentional use of capitalization)
