Hi Eric, a WC civi cab and the WC-12 1/2 ton are taller with the height addition being below the door. This being shortened on the 3/4 ton WC-53 which sits lower like this except they did not make a pick up cab 3/4 ton, so I am thinking this civi cab would have to have been trimmed down. Maybe a Power Wagon cab too, but trimmed down even more.Ya would have to be an ambulance or a 53 front clip. No expert here, just checking some photos.
