From the parts book:

1- 561 973 Crank starting (23 1/2") or 598 306 (33" long)
1- B924 630 Handle jack
1- 924 639 Handle wheel wrench
1- 924 607 Jack complete
1- 855 033 Pliers
1- 600 472 Screwdriver plain
1- B924 579 Socket wheel wrench
1- 12 051 Wrench adj.
1- 658 606 Wrench spark plug
1- 916 083 Wrench wheel bearing adj. nut

The grease gun is a Alemite Model 5585. The jack and handle are made by Auto Specialties. The lug wrench and handle are Budd. The wheel bearing wrench is stamped with the Mopar part number, so I assume it's a Dodge manufactured part. Based on info from the WWII Dodge forum I got an "11 inch Auto" adjustable wrench and a set of 6 inch Barcalo Buffalo pliers. The screw driver is just a nice wooden handled one I picked up somewhere. I can't say that everything is exactly what the factory provided, but I think they are at least close.
