You can crimp them with a cheaper crimper than that. Radio Shack has them also look on EBay. That is a nice panel I used it on my PW 6X6 except I got the one with the wires terminated inside the fuse panel. The wires are long enough to make most of the connections under the dash and some under the hood. The fancy crimpers are faster to use but cheaper ones you can fold the crumps and smash them just as tight.
